Zoo Visit

My roommate and me went to the Zoo in Leipzig today. I always have a mixed feeling when it comes to zoos - it is very awkward to see some of these animals in their way too tiny cages. But it still is great and interesting to walk around there, which makes me feel both egoistic and happy at the same time. Anyway, the zoo in Leipzig is beautiful and huge. We saw elephants, giraffes, a lonely tiger, copulating chimpanzees (ugh!), birds that FOR SURE must be glowing in the dark, a few very peculiar rodents, a hyena baby and much more. All part covered in snow which was both cute and weird at the same time.

My new BFF

Ok, actually this belongs to my friend, but i woke up looking at its friendly smile today and this gorgeous sheep is just to cute to be true! I have been looking up and down the net for this, but except a few pics i found no place to purchase it...My friend got it as a present, too. So if someone knows where to get it - let us know!

Little Queen

My friends cat is a shy one and not too crazy about visitors, but for some reasons she's totally in love with me and follows me around the apartment whenever possible. Lina is not the best photo model though - she seems to avoid looking into the camera ;) Her brother Nepu is the little devil down below. My favourite cats right after my own. Such good comforters, too.
